COMPANY ADMINISTRATION

A) Accounting area

a) Control and maintain your accounts

  • Regular preparation of Reporting Packages to the company head office.
  • Preparation of Company Balance Sheet and P&L statements on a regular basis.
  • Bank account statements.
  • Any other accounting reports which may be necessary for your company.
  • Preparation Control Information (bank settlements, fixed assets and repayment (amortisation)tables, valuation and quantifying of goods, bank settlements with third parties, payment control of bad debtors, etc....)
  • Preparation of Official Accounting Books and Annual Accounts of the company.

b) Supervise your accounts

  • When your company has its own accounting department and you wish the security that the accounting is properly carried out, Instalservice also offers you the periodical assistance service at your premises, in order to review and control the accounting information prepared, and if required, issuing the complementary memorandums to the mother company.


c) Preparation of reports and specific accounting systems

  • Preparation of budget accounts.
  • Analytical accounting for cost/expense departments or centres.
  • Accounting for products or projects with analysis of margins.

B) Administration area

  • Invoicing of your company: issue of receipts, invoices and warehouse control of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Cash management of company (payments).
